EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) enables clients to heal from emotional distress and PTSD symptoms by using guided eye movements (or other bilateral stimulation) while recalling distressing memories, allowing the brain to reprocess the memory.

Mindfulness practice uses present awareness and non-judgmental acceptance to assist client to change relationship with thoughts and feelings by breaking automatic negative patterns

Inner child work helps clients heal past emotional wounds and trauma by reconnecting with younger selves, addressing unmet needs and learning to experience self-compassion and care, to break negative patterns and improve self-esteem and self connection

Parts and memory therapy helps clients to neutralize negative emotions and body sensations attached to memories of past events
